Manners PRS-1 in Black/Blue Elite in excellent shape. Area 419 weighted Arcalock rail with 2 weights, as well as a brass weight to help counterbalance under the adjustable cheek piece. Had a TL-3 in this one and fit great and also a Rimx/Vudoo. Barrel channel is opened up for a Proof Comp contour barrel, and does have Mini Chassis.
