The TL3 is a 700 clone with a high side bolt release. Even bedded for TL3, it’s fits my 40x perfect, (700 footprint 22lr made by Remington)

What does it weigh?

They typically weigh 3.25lbs, but I have not weighed it with the ARCA rail. 3.5-4 pounds probably
