R700 footprint m5. Had a Zeus in it for a short period. Not positive on barrel channel, I’ll measure in a bit. I want to say heavy palma. Barrel that was in it was a proof senders cf.

Pro-curve is a different curvature degree and doesn't have grooves. It's smooth from what I understand and overall a better feel. I've never owned one but I have read that on this site from better shooters than I am.
