Gunsmithing Manners T2A Adjustable Cheek Hardware Loose

Any tips on how to fix a Manners T2A cheek hardware that has come loose from the stock. It will slightly rock fore and aft with pressure. What is the best way to remove the assembly from the stock and then re-bed it? Has anyone tried to DIY this or is it best send back to Manners?
