Mayfair man claims roommates forcibly tattooed him

The man told police that his roommates held him captive in the apartment for several days and inked him with graphic tattoos. “The tattoos were on both arms,” said Lt. John Stanford of the Philadelphia Police Department. “There were some derogatory words, slurs, as well as some inappropriate pictures.”
