When Remington, Winchester etc...... manufacturer a particular chambering are they all consistent with the same dimensions , like head space etc..... ?

There's a spec, and they will all be to that spec within a tolerance. That means barrel A may not be cut exactly the same as barrel B, but it's close enough that factory ammo can safely be fired in each.
