I've seen them listed on optics planet, SWFA, Longrange Shooting Suppling and CS Tactical.
You might want to check with CSTactical he is a member on this site who sells them and I believe he has them.

It may also depend on the scope type. At some point, Leupold might offer the 3.5-10X40M3 with M5 dials, in which case it would have a zero stop.

Call Leupold and you may be able to get one quicker from the Custom Shop.......I don'tmean for HD1911 to skip ordering with Chris-SWFA is GTG but for folks that have questions or want to have one built to spec Leupolds Custom shop might be a way to go and in my experience their pricing is well below MSRP, its generally very close to the competive pricing from SH dealers.
Also what may interest some people is that for under $300 you can ship your scope to Leupold and have the reticle you want and turrets you desire installed and from door to door its generally less the 2 weeks. I know alot of guys who for years have been buying up VX3's or the MArk 4's that have Duplex reticles and covered knobs because they can get them lightly used, demo or never mounted condition for really cheap. Then have a TMR reticle and M1 knobs put on for less than $300 including shipping.
Although right now for guys wanting the mil/mil....I hear the custom shop is a bit away from having an MOA to mil conversion so that might not be available right now.........but wouldn't hurt to ask.
