I can't decide on a good mount for my M&P15 performance center. I have a mil dot leupold mark AR. Help!!!!!!!!!!

I would go with the Burris PEPR mount:
You can get this model with a QR or thumb screws. It will also come with the picatinny and smooth ring tops.

When faced with a similar choice for my S&W I considered the Burris mount suggested by Optics Planet (OP). It's a good mount but I selected the Rock River instead.
Part numbers for the 1 inch and 30mm Rock River are: AR0130T and AR0131T. My reason for choosing the Rock River was because they are manufactured in the USA. However I would admit that the Burris is a better looking more streamlined mount. Guess I'm just willing to compromise a bit to buy USA product.
I am not sure if OP carrys the Rock River mounts but JoeBob's does if they do not.
Also, despite the fact that I suggested a product that OP may not stock, I'm a big fan of OP - I just got a package from them about an hour ago.

If you don't plan on taking it on and off the rifle regularly then RRA, Armalite, BSquare, lots of 1-piece mounts out there and they all work fine. Ebay for stuff like that sometimes you get lucky and get a pepr or RRA for sub 40bucks. Weaver makes one now for 70$ says made in USA and you can take it on and off by hand (no tools) although I'm not sure as to how well it holds its zero when removed. Midway carries them.
