Marksman contour barrels, who all uses them?

Going to have a couple of barrels chambered up and have been looking at the Marksman contour.
They will be either a Bartlein or Hawk hill probably as it stands now.
So ,how many of you guys are using this contour, and why?

I just used one of hawk hills. I typically like to use a medium palma but couldn't find one in the cal/twist I wanted. Hawkhill had it in their marksman and its pretty much the same as a med palma just a little thicker. Id use one again.

I have a rifle with Hawk Hill Marksman. I think I might have a bad barrel though. Currently troubleshooting it with my gun smith. I do like the contour, though. I am going to replace it with a Bartlein.

i got 2-6.5 bartleins in marksmen with my smith right now...got the contour cause it was in stock when i wanted it...i havent found anything better/worse with any of the contours from rem varmint/med palma up to MTU/M24 other than the slight weight differences

I have used MTU, M24, Rem Varmint and heavy varmint, just never handled or used the Marksman. The MTU was really one of my favorites.

I've got a marksman contour on my comp rifle right now. It's right in between a Med Palma/Rem Varmint and a Heavy Palma. Seems to balance nice, I do notice the bit of extra weight from the Rem Varmint I had on their before. I think I'll probably go a touch heavier next time, M24 or Heavy Palma.
