Probably one of the best valued rifles I've purchased for a little over $300, but as anyone who ownes one knows the nylon/plastic trigger guards strip away easily which makes the action screw protrude up into the bolt raceway. My google-fu is weak as I have only found replacements from Marlin, Midway or Brownells. Does anyone have a lead on where to find an aluminum or metal replacement trigger guard? Marlin and Midway stated that they have the plastic factory replacements only, and Brownells wasn't sure it theirs would fit. I'm not apposed to a little inletting if the screw holes match from another model part.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks K55, exactly what I was looking for. Those rifles sure can shoot. Brownells and Marlin have 4 to 6 week backorder on the aluminum trigger guards.
