I saw an article about Bob Kramer on a cooking website, which led me to this page. The write-up is fine, but the Youtube video at the bottom is pretty impressive. His knives are $300/inch, and a 14 month wait. Still, you get what you pay for. Give this a watch, it's pretty interesting.
