Curious as to why? Maximum Defense & their customers are fully covered by the current injunction & has been all along.
Is it just fear of the capricious treatment ATF has been giving FFL's lately? Or does the current state of court proceedings require FFL's to follow ATF despite the injunction? Not trying to pick on you, not an FFL so genuinely curious.

When I purchased them, they were shipping without braces. Add your own brace if you want [not legal advice] I only mentioned form 1 if you want to add the stocks. I purchased stocks in debate of converting them to SBRs or MGs myself and decided to sell the guns instead. And yes, FFLs are in a spot on some of this stuff - discussion for a different thread.Curious as to why? Gotcha. Thanks for the reply. The Maximum rifles are nice & the ability to swap between brace and stock on the same tail end is a good design.
Got to shoot a few of their rifles at a match where they were set up.
