Well, i have a Mcmillan A3 that holds an FN SPR with Douglas barrel that i built with CDI bottom metal etc.... action was trued and blueprinted by a gunsmith and everything shoots pretty well. One of the only variables left is that its not bedded.
would you guys recommend pillar bedding it? my choices are to have a local gunsmith friend bed it, send it to GAP and have them pillar bed it (along with threading the barrel for a brake and suppressor)or send it back to McMillan (entire gun) and have them pillar bed it. Advice?
