Now that people have had time to (hopefully) receive their A6 stocks and play with them... how do you like them?
@Forrest84 what options did you get? Any thing that you'd wish you'd gotten, or would pass on if you ordered another?
I have had two since June. I really like them both a lot. Feels a little more streamlined in the grip over the A-5. They did a great job! I am going to run them in some matches next year for sure.

Hoping so... it wasn't *quite* what I was looking for, but close enough and the price was very 'right' ?
Just want to bump this thread. Seriously looking at an a6 as my next stock. Would like to hear some more feed back on how fellas are liking these, especially the prs version. Pics are always welcome.

Just got mine from McM and it's badass. It's their new gel coat finish McWalnut.
hereinaz, who makes that obj scope cover? love the idea for that on my match rifle as thats where i take most of my scope impact.
Any new info on the A6? Seen a couple post about flex between the barrel and front of stock, is this an actual issue with the A6 or a mounting issue? I'm looking at either this or the A5, any + or - to one or the other? Will be used as a working rifle on my SWAT sniper team. Thanks
I've got a 30" Heavy Varmint on mine, and it flexes. I may have been the post you read about, not sure....think I posted about it once before. My A5s feel slightly stiffer, when you grasp the barrel and stock between your thumb and index finger & squeeze.
Still, it doesn't affect accuracy at all. I've only shot it in a single relay of a 600 yard match, but it put up like a 199-9x. Multiple ~.75" groups at 300 yards.
My big complaint about my stock was the horrible factory McMillan paint. I hated everything about it...durability, texture, feel etc. I just had my stock custom painted, and it's lightyears better feeling.
I love McMillan stocks, just ordered another for my FTR gun this week, but I'll never order a 'painted' finish again. Molded-in finishes from here on out.

So that looks amazing. Can you get the A6 PRS with a carbon fill to cut down on weight?
