I figure someone here has to have used one of these. So I thought I'd ask.

Apparently they offer this in a 338LM/378Weatherby Magnum bolt face. And this is a true drop in 700 footprint (if I'm reading the specs correctly)

McMillan G30 Controlled Round Feed Action

McMillan G30 Push Feed Action

I guess my first question would be if anyone has ever used one in a build with a 338 Lapua Mag or 378 Weatherby Mag class cartridge? If so, do you have any pictures? How long did it take after it was ordered to get it?

The guys that have one, how does the dual ejector work? What exactly is the point of it?

The G30 Controlled round feed is $1900 with a trigger (which would be best to get with it considering the 3 position safety). That is a big chunk of change for just a action. Are they really worth it over dealing with the slightly longer TAC338?

Re: McMillan G30 Control & G30 Push Feed Action ?'s

I just picked up a Tac-338 about 2 days ago it has about 20 rounds fired through it. I can say this is the smoothest action I have ever cycled..... and seems to be built like a tank.
