McRee folding stock

embarrassing question. How do the hell do you fold this thing? It's so damned solid I can't seem to move anything!!

Beer grip stock behind folding link. Press down on forward end (the one with the action in it), pull up with should stock end, should release.

Been a good bit since I have folded one but to the best of my memory this is how. Could be wrong tho....

Lift up on the stock rear of the swivel and rotate. If you have to, push down with the other end on the other side of the swivel while you pull up on the other side

Place your thumb on top of the hinge and hook your fingers underneath. Life up with the fingers and it should release, allowing you to swing the butt portion.

It is way easier to show someone how Scott's hinge works than to describe it so hopefully that gets you heading in the right direction.
