I am a patient guy and have been waiting for a response via email, but now I have to ask, I have a Tikka 595 varmint that is built as a switch barrel gun 17rem/.223, and would like to drop it into a Mcrees stock and trim it out with a Magpul PRS. Question is, if a stock is available, are there any mods I'd need to make my action work with a DBM? My Tikka is a single stack so thats the part I'm skeptical about...Thanks!

You'll likely have a difficult time finding a chassis for your 595. We looked at doing it but it wasn't feasible. The magwell opening in the 595 is a huge obstacle, being so narrow. AICS mags won't work and we tried AE mags and even those really wouldn't work from what I remember. You should be able to find a conventional style stock for it, Robertson's Composites did a 595 inlet I think. If not, talk to Mac Tilton of mtguns.com, he is very knowledgeable about Tikkas. Good luck,
Justin
