MDT ACC recoil lug depth?

I have a barreled action with an old badger giant recoil lug that sits too proud in a MPA.
Does the MDT ACC allow deeper recoil lug depth?
I'd rather not file the lug down.

The ACC can handle up to a .375" thick lug, and the pocket is .600" measured from the bottom of the V-Block, tons of room for oversized lugs!

Unfortunately this particular one is .719in from the bottom of the barrel. @StrayDog you happen to have a friend with a mill?

Side note, from an engineering perspective, lug depth really doesn’t matter once it’s longer than ~60% of lug thickness, and you typically want the true contact patch to be as close to the barrel as possible to minimize deflection for a given load. Personally I’d hack the bottom off the lug instead.
