MDT ACC w/ GAP Tempest?

I spoke with Josh Botha at SHOT show this year and he instructed me to let the dealer know that it was for a tempest so that they could send me the correct mag catch with the chassis. After speaking with my dealer and then MDT today, it seems that this is not something MDT as a whole is aware of. Is anyone else running a Tempest in an ACC? Thoughts?

I’ve been running a tempest with an ACC and talked to josh extensively and he sent me 3 different size mag catches. What I found worked perfectly was the length that came with the chassis. I didn’t have to modify it at all which was very odd to me since I’ve always had to modify mag catches to work with the tempest and AW mags.

I haven’t tried the ACC,but I can tell you the tempest won’t work in a magpul Pro 700,ask me how I know!! I love the chassis and It feeds perfect but the cocking piece rubs on the chassis and the bolt on my non folder doesn’t clear the cheek piece for removal,my defiance bolt doesn’t clear the cheek piece to remove either.
