I have an mpa comp chassis with MDT 10rd .308 mag with area 419 mag extenders and it wiggles side to side a lot. Doesn’t seem to be a very good fit. Anyone else experience this?

i haven’t tried feeding yet because I’m still waiting on my barrel. I just put the parts I had together and noticed the mag was sloppy after inserted.
I'm going to guess you have the new version of the comp chassis without the castle cut. I currently running the MDT 12rd's in mine, without any issues for a few matches
I’m not sure if it’s gonna be an issue. Just doesn’t seem like the right fit. They may run perfect. Idk yet. Just don’t like the sloppy fit
Does the MPA comp have a slightly generous magwell to facilitate fast mag swaps?
Side to slop wouldn’t bother me.
Front to bag might cause issues.
Thanks for the info guys. I’m new to this and this is my first prs rifle build so I wasn’t sure what to expect and I know for the money you spent on this stuff it should be well built and sized so I was concerned. Definitely feel better about it
I think your really gonna like the MPA.
The wiggle is non issue.
The people who designed it really know their stuff.
Your biggest issue is your gonna want another when you get it built.
I shot an mpa for my first comp and it sold me. It was a borrowed gun. I’m currently building my own. Almost done. Waiting on my barrel to come in and then I have to buy a scope. Very innovative chassis tho
I just built my first true match rifle at the beginning of the season on one chassis switched to the mpa and now I want to build another rifle.
