This is the 12" no rail flavor of the ESS Chassis System Forend.
Came on a rifle I purchased which I replaced with the 15" forend. This has a carbon fiber like wrap on it. It looks OK, but has some minor peeling in a few spots. Black cerakote under the wrap as from the factory. Prior owner drilled and tapped a couple small holes for his rail he was running on what would be the underside of the rail. These would be covered by a standard 419 Arca Rail or whatever. It is in otherwise very good condition.
