Meanwhile, back in Haiti

For those who watched the videos....

Video 1, what you probly did not see is the the dead who were in the trash already, being washed out.

Video 2, common occurance. Should see what the public does to others in vigilante justice.

Video 3, see #2 comment

Did 2 tours down there, quite interesting place.

I did a tour in Haiti with the United States Support Group (at the Port-au-Prince airport, Light Industral Complex - LIC) working with the UN - Canadians, and Pakastani's Battalions...I liked the Pakistani's better; easier to work with and actually didn't mind being there.

I saw views of killing pretty much daily and spent time in Cite Soleil when the water was rushing down the canals with nothing but trash in it; just like the video. It would take days to get the smell out of your nose hairs and memory. Like PPB said, there are good people there but as a society, they are a very corrupt people that have no care for their own. And, of course, they are very tribal. Not family tribal but political party tribal.

Haiti has what the other Caribbean islands have to sale - the Caribbean, but since safety is always an issue, no one wants to visit unless it is in a walled off compound like what Royal Caribbean has in the north called Labadee - it is a walled off area just west of Cap Haitien.

Haiti is pretty much deforested from people using the tress to stay warm and also cook with and have no thought of re-planting. Just rape the land and leave it. When you're up on the border of the DR and Haiti, one side is lush with tress while the other is barren - you can guess which one.

We should import more of those people. Some countries should just be nuked. That last guy was a trooper though. Hard to kill

Better yet, create a Foreign Legion based there and use them for nasty shit. Five years of faithful, honorable service for a "green card," or ten for immediate US citizenship.

And the best thing? Picklebunny could serve as Chaplain-in-Chief and never have to prune another bush or shovel another driveway again.

It'll never happen. Not because it wouldn't work, but because it would work.................
