I have a set of Leupold 1" Mark 4 rings, no caliper and am not smart on how to measure threads...trying to figure out which replacement screws I should order from Brownell's. Screws are between 10 and 11 mm from the base to the bottom of the head, and 14mm overall.

Can anybody help?

Have you called Leupold? Talk to someone in the Technical Department - be polite, and they will send you some replacement screws free of charge.
