Mechnical Zero- SWFA 10x42

Could someone please explain the process to reset the Elevation Turret on a SWFA 10x42 to the mechanical zero.

I was told by SWFA support that to reset the Windage turret you back all the way out, then count your clicks coming all the way back in, divide by 2, back out again that would be the mechanical zero, however I am thinking it is different for the elevation turret, and they have closed for the day.

Same for the elevation turret. Bottom it out, count the number of clicks to the top, divide it in half and turn it back down that much.
