Any suggestions of the best cleaning media for bottle neck rifle brass. I usually decap, then clean. However, if you decap first, particles get lodged in the flash hole. If you clean first, the brass always has some that seems to stick even if shaken and tapped. If you use a progressive like Dillon, the brass decaps and sizes in the first stage, but there is always the danger of media still in the brass. Kind of off sets the advantage of the press.
