I was wondering when they were gonna rethink that since everybody else told lmt to pound sand.
Killer! Love the integrated bubble level - seriously cool idea.
I like it. The level is a little too "High Speed" for me though. Maybe they will offer it without it.?
I hope this doesn't mean they'll stop the MKM's. I'm partial to them myself.

Amazing piece of engineering
Love my old MTS monolithic upper, I'll certainly be buying one of the new ones when they come out.
Any1 know the length of the AR10 rifle and extended rifle handguards? I am gonna have to finally take the plunge....
I loved the MTS single rail and wish they would make a run of those with the level. Since that probably won't happen, I might just have to pic one of these up for my next build.
Looked it up the other day, extended is 14in to cover rifle length gas block.
Having a couple mono's and a MKM in builds the mono's are a pain.
Much prefer the MKM although the new mono's look nice and have some good features.

Any recommended gunsmiths to build a platform similar to what cobracutter specified?
GAP, SAC or APA all build gas guns
I have recently talked with both SAC and GAP. GAP is focusing all new AR work on their GAP10 and are not working on new rifles other than their own. If they have worked on the gun in the past they will rebarrel it for you but not work on a new gun other than their own. Similar answer I got from SAC as well. JP and Precision Firearms will work on a gun you send them. Precision has bartlein barrels in stock per their website......
Man, that blows! Both GAP and SAC have done Mega builds for me. I was about to with APA, but I decided to buy something a pistol.
Sorry, shoulda have stated "plan" to build. I don't think any AX762's are in the wild yet
