Memorial Day

We lost a lof of good mem and woman during the course of my two tours in Iraq (2003-04, 2005-06). This weekend is always a hard one for me. Let's remember their families, and the brothers and sisters-in-arms that stood by the fallen that still try to make sense out of the senseless...

This is one, of the many memorial ceremonies we had, where one of our trail Chinooks was shot down over Fallujah.

Im not a big Flag guy, the thought is more important to me, but mine will be flying this weekend.

Remebering those that lived through or died in the hell of war or peace so that others may not have to do the same. Good Men and Women all of you.

For those still with us, do not lose faith in humanity or yourselves. The day is coming where all tears will be wiped away.
