Are there any distinct differences between the two? I’ve read the eye piece pops off often on the instincts. Cabelas warranty or meopta warranty? Thanks

Personally, I'd wait until Cabelas puts the Instinct HD on sale. It's made by Meopta.

And that has just happened! Cabelas has the Instinct HD on sale for 299-449 depending on mag. It’s just a rebranded Meopta. As a matter of a fact I’m not even sure if it’s rebranded I think it says meopta on it.
