All, I had previously posted a thread wondering if my experience with EOTech was an isolated incident. Through that post I discovered my repair request forms were not being received. EOTech reached out to me and requested that I send my unit in. See pic; this just arrived moments ago. Wishing all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
