So I've finally decided to jump into the suppressor owner realm for the first time. I don't have any experience with all the steps going forward and wanted to get some help from other Michigan members here all the steps I need to take. I'm trying to research as much as I can but I'm not finding a complete list of what to do. I'm finding a few key points here and there nothing what seems complete.

Is it just as easy as making a trust (through a lawyer), fill out the ATF forms and sending in the $200 tax stamp cost all while having that done through a licensed dealer?

Somehow I feel as if I'm missing something.

Could use some help and advise from other Michigan hiders what to do and who to go through (lawyer).

I've got a couple of cans I'm interested in but that's useless until I get all the steps correctly and lawfully done.

Dont want to sounds like im advertising or anything, but a good buddy of mine is a dealer for these things and made it very easy for me. He will get you all set up with a trust also. Even if you dont go through him or buy anything feom him he will help you all the same. Where in michigan are you? I can give you his number if you PM me.
