midwest comps

I would like to find out about tactical comps in the midwest. Could someone list some of the organizations that put these on. I have never been to one, but would like to learn the ropes, and have fun enjoying some of my gear.Shooting at known distances out to 750 at my range is getting boring. I live in IOWA.

I too would be interested in finding out about midwest competitions. I have been to Houston Mo at Big Piney a few times and they seem to be about the only club that hosts a shoot on a regular basis.

I started looking at the NRA web site and my state rifle association website. They have sponsored events calendars posted.

Click on the long range link. There are a few coming up in the midwest.

I am with Blue Jazz. i have shot one event and we drove to louisiana for it. Worth every mile, but it would be nice to hone the skills a little closer to home in a competitive event.

I too would like to get into competetion, I from the northeast part of Nebraska. So anything in Iowa or South Dakota I would be interested in.
