I used the search and didnt see anything come up on this, but dose anyone use this rail?

I have an Arsenal SGL21 and Im thinking about mounting this rail and possible a Burris fasrfire or an Aimpoint. Im just trying to find someone that has used any of these platforms and get some feedback. I have only used iron sights on AK's in the past.

Please let me know if you liked it or hated it and if you can, add some pics. Id love to see some of the different rigs out there.

Thanks

Re: Midwest Industries AK rail

Idk what rail your talking about, but I have the quad rail on my wasr. I also put a ghost ring iron sight on replacing the original. I would not recommend the rail that goes on the dust cover, but the quick releases on the side mounts are wonderful.

IIRC if you want to cowitness it's a no go. Only co witness option for front rail is the ultimak and it will be a lower 1/3.

Does it keep zero when you take it off to clean it?

Re: Midwest Industries AK rail

I've never taken it off, it's not too hard to get clean while still on. With the way it's mounted, I would imagine so. You could probably get everything remounted in the same place.
