It's a 308 win. Just picked it up a couple weeks ago.
The TRS-1 was on my DPMS LR series (unfortunately I didn't think to take a picture of that rig) but I switched it over when I got the HSP. The scope I have planned for this rifle is a Vortex Viper PST, but those aren't available till June-ish
Are you thinking about picking up a TRS-1?

i ordered my TRS-1 from SWFA. with shipping back then it came to about 312. i got the scope for 300 and then shipping was cheap. been a great scope and SWFA is famous for good customer service. either way, optics planet or SWFA you will be happy with the service you get, and i like the millel so i will give kudos on it too.

No pics...but I have a TRS-1 on a Savage 10FCP with a Ken Farrel 20MOA rail. Barrel is a 6.5CSS.
At its lowest vertical setting I have to hold on the first hashmark above the crosshairs for 100yds. Crosshairs are then dead on for 200yds. Also don't forget to tighten the allen head screw on the turrets. I went to a shoot last weekend and did not get my comeups for 200 to 300 yds as the scope did not adjust. My bad...lost a few points on that one. BUT learned a valuable lesson never to be forgot.
Good scope for the money. I had to budget for awhile in the scope dept.

PS. the little plug at the end of the barrel is 2" that we just cut off. Barrel was re-crowed at 18"

Tacticles! They are available through Rifles Only. That is where the sling is from as well, TAB Gear Elite sling.
