Has anybody ever come across a military issue rifle (bolt or semi auto) that came with a factory stock that had adjustable cast and cant adjustments like the Elesio stock pictured below that fits an AR ?

Thanks in advance

If, by cast and cant you mean LOP and angle, then the AI adjustable target buttpad with spacers achieves the same result - plus you have an adjustable comb height.

Doesn't the new Sako also have that level of adjustabiity?

I am sure there are multiple solutions out there if that is what you are looking for.

Maybe I'm misreading it but doesn't the article say "<span style="color: #CC0000">The buttstock is FULLY adjustable for length, height, cant (angle)</span>, and offset"

Cant/angle being, in my understanding, the relative position to vertical of the buttpad

Offset is something different - I've personally not seen any issue rifle that offers that.

Understood - but as already said....don't know of any issue stocks that offer that feature. Doesn't mean that they don't exist though....somewhere.

The closest thing would be an AI, but I don't know that I have ever seen an as-issued AI the the fully adjustable butt.

You may be able to find "issued" military competition rifles with fully adjustable stocks, but I doubt you will be able to find "as-issued" infantry rifles like that. It's a simple matter of KISS and the fact that combat troops are not target shooters and do not need that kind of extra "adjustment".
