Minneapolis school shooting

While we can't solve this problem overnight, we can take one major step and that is the total ban of SSRIs being prescribed to kids. We never had maniacal behavior from our youths to this extent back in the days where the only medication kids took was for allergies, asthma, or sore throat and fever.

at the root of everything, they are mentally ill.
perhaps sickening that some monsters have adopted the lifestyle as a disguise.

I’m not sure if they contribute or increase people’s suicidal or homicidal thoughts. There seems to be evidence or, at least people reporting, that they have. The issue is, the people put on these meds are done so because they already have depression in most cases, and in many cases, multiple other mental illnesses. Also it’s common to be on multiple psych meds as well not solely an SSRI/SNRI. There’s hundreds of millions of people on these worldwide that aren’t randomly killing people or cutting their tits off and sowing a dick on.
Hell, Iceland has over 15% of their population on them 😳
Of note, suicide rates in Iceland remained the same despite a ninefold increase in SSRI use from 1975 to 2004. Also didn’t decrease either.

May be an association and not a cause. You sound like people calling for gun bans. Jesus
We didn’t have YouTube, social media and a shit load of other variables you aren’t considering or at least addressing here.

There are a lot of factors but SSRI’s are definitely a contributing one:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7347007
(Associations between selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and violent crime in adolescents, young, and older adults – a Swedish register-based study)

Encephalitis (caused by toxins/vaccine damage/etc) can also cause violent behavior.

We are getting hit from all angles

Didnt even mention all the countries it happens in. Jews kill Palestinians, bad bad lots of news. Millions of Christians being killed in Africa. Anyone catching that on their news cycle...
Nothing to see here.
Move along.

Another inconvenient truth. If we don't talk about it, it didn't happen. . . .right?

The issue is “association” is far from “causation”. There’s a huge difference in relevance of the information. I’m not here trying to support SSRI’s in kids. I want to be clear of that. I’m sure they’re way overprescribed and probably do increase thoughts of violence and other things. I’m just stating facts though. It’s hard to say how much they are the actual cause of these acts, which I don’t think they are.

The last 15 seconds of that clip, is very well articulated by him: "Trans, by ascribing extreme aggrieved mentality, then gets directed against society, so this person feels justified in killing children."

And as seen in the screenshots of the Reddit threads and that lunatic "rainbow mafia" clip reposted by @theLBC; there are many of them that cheer and claim this is all justified because <reasons> that all boil down to, "society is trying to kill us!" Further crazy delusion, when it's quite clear it's the other way around and they want all of us, and our children, dead simply for not catering to their delusions.

Play stupid games get stupid prizes. Waaaaaa

People at fault are the ones trying to normalize this bullshit, all of it.

"Be all the queer you can be" evidently is a game. Doesn't deserve to be normalized, condoned, or recognized.

Just my life experience, but I think many have had the same.

Raising my kids there were a lot more "trans" and "gay" then when I was growing up.
Had a young man think he was a woman around age 16. Did the name change etc. Now: Officer in Marine Corp, does Sig Inteliigence. Getting married soon (too a woman)

My daughters friend decided she was "assexual" then "gay" in her teens.
Also getting married to her childhood sweetheart (a dude).

Son's roomate decided he was a woman and changed his name. He was just a nerd (Its ok, I was/am a total nerd). Then he decided he was a man. Then a woman.

Its a mental illness/confusion and we allow it to exist without calling it out for a sickness. Sometimes we have to be bold and say "No this is wrong" instead of "embracing our feelings"

back in the late 70s, there weren't even that many gay people (that we knew about) but there was one guy in high school that was obvious.
i saw "him" many years later at a mall, and didn't recognize "her" at first, but "she" recognized me.
"she" had undergone sex change operations and was eager to tell me about it.

I told her it must have been painful and was curious (at the time), which part was the worst.
"so was getting bewbs the most painful part?" i asked.
she said no.
"was it when they cut off your dick?"
again she said no.
"then it must have been when they made the new vijayjay, right"
no again!
so i asked, "what was so painful about becoming a woman?!"

she said "When they drilled a hole in my skull and sucked out half my brains."

You can label it whatever you want but I'd say the "association" is pretty strong.

This study involved 785,000+ SSRI users, ages 15–60 (Swedish national registry):
  • People on SSRIs were 26% more likely to commit violent crime compared to when they were off medication (HR 1.26, 95% CI 1.19–1.34).
  • Risk was especially high in young adults (15–34 years) — with increases of 28% in 15–24-year-olds and 35% in 25–34-year-olds (HRs 1.28 and 1.35).
  • Crucially, the danger persisted after stopping: the risk of violent crime was still 37% higher within the first 4 weeks post-discontinuation, and 20% higher up to 12 weeks later.
Translation: SSRI treatment doesn’t just raise the risk of violence while on the drug — the elevated danger continues for months after patients stop taking it.

There was also this study:
856,000+ individuals prescribed SSRIs (Swedish national registry)
  • Young users (15–24 years) had a 43% higher risk of violent crime convictions (HR 1.43, 95% CI 1.19–1.73).
  • Risks extended well beyond violent crime:
    • 29% higher risk of accidents (HR 1.29)
    • 98% higher risk of alcohol-related hospital visits (HR 1.98)
  • Gender breakdown among 15–24 year-olds:
    • Young men: 40% higher risk of violent crime (HR 1.40)
    • Young women: 75% higher risk of violent crime (HR 1.75)
Translation: The association isn’t random. It shows up across multiple types of dangerous outcomes, with both young men and women disproportionately affected.

The above 2 summaries from the studies where taken from this article:
These studies, each based on nationwide registry data, converge on the same alarming conclusion: SSRIs are associated with violent crime in young people.

The problem compounds in vulnerable groups. Nearly half of all transgender youth may be autistic (Tollit et al), yet they are routinely placed on psychiatric drugs and funneled into irreversible surgical procedures. Long-term data show that sex-reassigned individuals face triple the overall mortality and a 19-fold higher suicide risk (Dhejne et al).

@theLBC LMAO

I've been around gays that go about their day not trying to force feed (lol) their way of life on everybody.

We got a long fine, these days there is a crowd of shit heads that treats it as a sports contest to be the most egregious, obnoxious gay possible and demand unconditional acceptance?

Ya no.

Again, I’m not saying they’re not involved or associated. Clearly they’re associated. There’s just a ton of other variables involved. Self medication, legal or illegal substances. Polysubstance use and abuse. Multiple concomitant mental illnesses. Abruptly stopping meds (which this registry demonstrated higher violent crime rates when that happened). Medication noncompliance. Various psychosocial challenges.
Because of this, we need to look at the complex situation it is and not knee jerk yell for banning SSRI’s or blaming it all on that. Folks love to simplify complicated situations down to some easy solution. The reality is, if it was that simple, we’d already have solved this.
