On 28 March 2010 we will hold our next Multi Range F Class Match. Tom has designed new 100 and 200 yard Targets, they are at the Print Shop as we speak. The old one with close scoring rings was hard to score and the 10 Ring was too small to see at 200 yards without over 15X glass. We cured this by spacing the score rings further apart, enlarging the 10 Ring, and making different 100 and 200 yard targets.

For those who have not attended our Multi Range F Class Match before: We shoot 5 rounds from each Firing Point Berm: 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 700, and 800 yards. You can shoot from a Bipod, Ruck or Front Rest. All shooting is prone. No caliber restrictions. Muzzle Brakes are allowed. Suppressors are welcome. 4-Wheelers are OK.

100 Yards: you fire 5 on the 8.5 X 11 Left 100 Yard Target.
200 Yards: you fire 5 on the 8.5 X 11 Right 200 Yard Target
300 - 700 Yards: you fire 5 rounds from each firing point berm on the large Hi Power Target.
800 Yards: each shooter fires 5 rounds on one of the two 800 yard Hi Power Targets. The Scorer will score the group, and paste your target with your Shooter Number on the Paster.

We normally score and paste the targets from each yardage 300 through 700 yards. The Yardage is marked on the paster. We plan to continue this as long as the match size allows.

Range Location: 18012 Highway B Houston Missouri. (Halfway Between Houston and Raymondville)
Starting Time: 9:00 AM
Match Fee: $20

Re: Missouri Multi Range F Class Big Piney 28 March

Another good get-together, appreciate all of your efforts!

Wish I could have stuck around to paste some more targets (and get 2-gun results), but had birthday dinner in StL @ 1700. I couldn't believe it when you told me my 2-gun raw time, a personal best. And when I "scored" only 3-points down, I knew I learned a thing or three in Texas two weeks ago?...

Apoligies to the guys I "shrugged off" when they complimented me on the carbine. To me, it's a "simple M4 Clone", but it runs quite well and these are the "specs" (I wouldn't change a thing):

Cav Arms lower
Bushmaster 14.5" M4 upper w/ perm att YHM FH
USO SN4 1-4 w/Ill JPJ1, mounted in LT SPR 1.93 (used at 1X).
S&B 55 FMJs.

Thanks again,

Bill
