whats the difference between the 38 spr peq 2-3 vs the 38 spr mod1 ? i am looking for info like was it before the peq or was it for a particular contract etc. looking at them side by side the physical differences are obvious , being the mod 1 has rail the entire length vs the peq having the screws for nv on the end to direct bolt. my guess is its the 2nd in the evolution . so if anyone can shed some light on this i would very much appreciate it.
