LOW BUDGET .22 TRAINER - start to "finish"
i'd start with wolf extra or target (probably your best choice), sk match, aguila match rifle, federal gold medal, or federal champion and CCI blazer on the bulk side of things. remington subsonics for 50 yards or less.

Take action/barrel out of stock, put back in, tighten down, check barrel to make sure it is free floating, add glass and ammo.

My TR love CCI Std Vel. I haven't run any "match" ammo thru it yet but I will soon.

It won't need much. A little trigger work & check the free float. Mine works well with CCI Mini Mag HP ammo. Probably the best scope for me is the Center Point 4-16x40. Depending on what you want to do, a 20 moa rail is worth having. I like the EGW.
