Rifle Scopes MK12 Clone Optic

So there is a brand new
Leupold TS30-A2 Mark 4 2.5-8x36mm

With the TMR reticle, illuminated and 77gr turrets for sale locally for $999.

It looks like these have gone up in value so I am trying to decide to run one of these or a LRTSi on the gun.

Not having FFP, xmas tree and mils is like going back 20 years BUT this is the correct clone scope.

What would yall do?

I'd buy it and then flip it for a few 100$ worth of profit to some cloning fobbit on AR15.

Then I'd take that money and find a Nightforce 2.5-10x24.

eta - Nevermind, looks like 1k is the going price.

What is the street price for a new minty one going for? I have seen them all over the place.

There is also a MK4 3.5-10 setup with the 168/175 turrets. Both look like they are a few years old and seller is trying to liquidate them.

1k is going rate IMHO, 800 would be a deal. It's nothing spectacular but I think it has shorter eye relief so that when you mount it using the ARMS rings on your receiver you won't need a cantilevered mount. At least that is how my 3-9x36 model is.
