I am about ready to get a Mk4 with TMR reticle but sometimes I wonder if I would like the H32 more. I have experience with Horus style reticles in rifle scopes and don’t like them. I like the simpler design of the TMR and less covering up the background. I also like having the target centered in the eyepiece. I think the H32 might cover up a lot of background when scanning. I like the smaller sub tensions in the H32 but don’t like that the target would have to be near the bottom of the field of view. The application is field style matches. If you have any experience with these reticles let me know your preference.
Thank you.

Never had any of the two. But review shows that MK4 is gtg

My opinion......I've had both. When observing, especially shooters, I find trace is more important than the reticle. I have actually switched to 15x binos, but that is a different conversation.

The TMR is a simple reticle, which tells you everything you need to know, while not being intrusive in the field of view. The H32 allows you to overlay the reticle over the target, ensuring an accurate follow up correction......while sacrificing a clean field of view.

You know you don't want the H32, and I don't blame you. My mark 4 spotter has a TMR and I wouldn't trade it for anything.....well except my 15x binos of course.

Get the TMR.

Some h32 for reference. I like it better. More area to spot miss as grid can be over target. But just me. Reticle dosent cover targets or scanning too much for me.. Both work and is decent spotter.

Thanks that is very helpful. The reticle it’s bad at all.
