I'm looking into getting either a USO Sn3 or a Vortex Razor HD . I have been leaning to the Razor as of late but now my issue is MOA or Mrad . Are there any reasons that one is better or is it just personal choice ? Also I'm used to using a mil dot scope but I don't know if that makes a difference .

MIL/MIL is easier,IMO
