Mobile fingerprint scans in Georgia...WTF

The guy committed a traffic infraction, then elevated it to a misdemeanor by giving a false name, or a felony if the name he gave was actually another person.

We don’t have finger print readers in the field, so he’d simply be booked and fingerprinted at the jail normally.

There’s no legal requirement to submit to a breath test per the Supreme Court. Missouri V. McNeely (2013)

Here in Virginia if you dont they just take you to the hospital and force a blood test.

Without a warrant? Easy win if not. Blatant 4th amendment violation. There was a time when we could force blood in certain counties, but that ended with the Supreme Court decision.
You may be right, Sup, Ill have to look into it. Ive never been 'mobile fingerprinted' though.
