Mobile fingerprint scans in Georgia...WTF

Just saw this article and have never heard of mobile finger print scans...WTF is this bullshit. Do you have the right to refuse or is that like refusing a breathilizer?

The guy committed a traffic infraction, then elevated it to a misdemeanor by giving a false name, or a felony if the name he gave was actually another person.

We don’t have finger print readers in the field, so he’d simply be booked and fingerprinted at the jail normally.

Without a warrant? Easy win if not. Blatant 4th amendment violation. There was a time when we could force blood in certain counties, but that ended with the Supreme Court decision.
