Gunsmithing Model 12 wont pump

I have the privilege of owning a model 12 that was my grandpa's by I stupidly wanted to take it apart, now the pump wont do its job and I don't know how to fix it. Will you please help me fix my mistake?

Checkout YouTube, there are a number of disassembly/reassembly there for the Model 12.

Just be careful and don’t try to force anything to work. You have all the parts they are just not in the right place or you put something back in the wrong sequence. You can always take it to a gun smith and have it put back together. I promise you won’t be the 1st person to do this. But you tube should be able to get you close.
