Model 70 in .30-06 Question

Does anyone know of a custom gun maker that will manufacture a Model 70, pre-64 with a precision .30-06 barrel. I know of Texas Brigade Armory but I'm looking for a custom manufacturer who will do fiberglass stocks and has a reputation for premium quality. At this point price is not an obstacle.

SAC or possibly LRI. They both love M70s. What style stock and bottom metal are you after? What bullets do you want to shoot?
