It's funny, I have see three clips this week where bikers got hit and the sun was in the drivers eyes...

Not bike related, but my daughter, a few years ago, pulled out in front of another car when she was blinded by the low sun. Totaled her car, but luckily there were no injuries.
If that's the video I'm thinking of, the cop hit the guy because the cop was looking at his phone while turning.
