Mono pod Rail. Which one?

Im trying to figure out the best option for mounting an accushot mono pod onto my Manners T5A stock. It has the factory sling stud in place already which I removed but Im unsure which rail section is most appropriate for my application. Also the second screw (not the factory swivel). Will it be a self tapping type screw since I am unable to put any kind of T-nut or blind nut in the stock now that it is a complete stock?

I assume that you already have the monopod that attaches to a rail? Becasue if not they make one that mounts to the sling stud.

I dont have one already. The one designed to be mounted on the sling stud is angled and T5A stocks are flat though.
