More AOC genius........

Hate to be that guy but I can’t seem to get past what an $8 croissant would be like. Where did I fuck up. ?

An $8 croissant tastes like $1.00 croissant. It just costs 8 bucks.

It's relative, like housing in NYC (US shithole) vs housing in Pumphandle IA.

NYC rent on 500sf is probably $3k.
In IA you get 1080sf for $850. And it's probably a lot better looking.

In the right part (not one of the “cities”) of IA you can buy 1200-1500 sq foot for 50k or less........

Buddy bought some more acres to add to his farm last year.
Adjoining 8 acre farmstead went for less than 20k.
Farmers didnt want it as no one wants to rent to tweakers and it is too much work/money to turn into farm land according to him.

I’d rather that land than anything in NYC

I know. I was making fun more than anything. It’s like paying over $4 a gallon for gas where I live vs. paying $2.30 in Mississippi where my mom lives. Gas ain’t any different.

I know you were. I was using the opportunity to take a jab at NYC and its inhabitants.

I do have to admit though a truly good croissant is much, much better than the pillsbury canned fuckers.

A cup (or two) of cappuccino, a couple of croissants and strawberry preserves makes a damn nice breakfast.

That 8 acres here would be 1m or more and in six months there would be 25 houses on it.
