Mosin Nagants; Buds, CTD?

I want to pick up a Mosin Nagant for a cheap accurizing project. Buds has 91/30s for $129, CTD has them for $98. CTD has shipping cost but Buds doesn't.

Does it matter who I get it from?

Now i need to figure out if I want a scout rifle or a sniper rifle.

I have heard nothing but good things about buds. And im not sure if they give the option but choose the "best out of 5" or w.e they call it and get a nice one.

Yeppers, i love Mosin's. I have a hex 91/30, scout Hungarian m44 & a beautiful 91/59
