Mountaineer Short Action

I did the search box for this and didn't get a result, so thought i'd post for an answer here. Does anyone have experience with the Mountaineer action PRS bolt fit made by Borden Actions? I would greatly appreciate some feedback as to ur experience with it. Thanks

I've been running one this year and liked it enough that Jim is making me another receiver in wyatt length for a 65prc. I went with the short bolt handles and if I did it again I probably wouldn't go with the short ones, but its a minor thing. The fit even with the "sloppier" bolt is still pretty tight compared to other actions.

The only time I have run into issues was last match up in oklahoma where someone's child was running free and throwing that red dust in the air right next to everyone's guns. The bolt was literally covered in red, couldn't see the bolt finish anymore. Blasted it off with some cleaner and things were fine but a little heavy on lift. It was the dust in the cocking cam at the rear, not the bolt fit or lugs itself interestingly.
