Hey Guys,
Anyone know of a way to mount a rail on the top metal of a .308 Galil recoil spring cover? I have thought of using JBWeld or even having it brazed or welded on but it is a preban rifle in perfect condition and I don't trust anyone around here to do it because it might distort the thin metal if heat is applied to it. The factory scope mounts do not thrill me and they are difficult to find.
